🎃We are hoping to have on theme items for sale :) but- please, nothing too spooky as we want to keep it kid friendly.

🎃 Join us as we showcase the heart of our community — you, the makers. We’re curating a beautiful mix of homemade sourdoughs, hand-poured candles, original art, handcrafted treasures, vintage gems, soulful live music, delicious food, and small-batch creations made with intention. At Oak Folk, every table has a story, and we want yours to be part of it. The adult vendors will be outside with our new twist...

🎃Our Oak Folk Artisan Market features  kid vendors inside the studio, proudly selling and showcasing their own handmade creations, building confidence, creativity, and a little entrepreneurial magic 🌿✨(We are requesting all items sold by the kids are $10 and under. The idea here is that other kids (and adults) can go support their kid friends at reasonable rates!

🎃 Our artisan faire isn’t just a market — it’s a celebration of craftsmanship, creativity, and connection. A space where makers are seen, valued, and supported. A place where guests slow down, meet the hands behind the work, and truly appreciate what it means to shop local.

🎃 If you’re a creator who pours heart into your craft, we’d love to have you join us. Come share your passion, connect with the community, and help us grow a marketplace where creativity can take root. 🌾✨

🎃$65 for large table adult vendors outside, $40 for small table adult vendors outside , $30 for kids vendors inside

🎃 Large is for a 6 foot table and bigger, small is anything smaller than that.

🎃Flat rate includes a lovely space (most have our covered awning), stools, and a plug if needed. (Let Katlin know!)

🎃 Applications are due Friday, September 11th. We will notify your acceptance by September 25th, and you will need to secure your spot by paying by October 2nd. This gives us lots of time to prep and plan properly, and if need be make shifts and get all the spots filled! 

🎃If you do not pay, your spot will be given to the next interested vendor. 

🎃For vendors who don't get accepted, we will have a waitlist.

🎃Cancellations before OCTOBER 10th will be fully refunded.
