🌿 At Oak Folk, we love the support of our families! We do have a cozy waiting area if you’d like to stick around. 🌼 That said, we’ve found that children often blossom more freely when parents aren’t right in the room—less distraction means more confidence, creativity, and fun. ✨

🌿 Absolutely! All of our instructors complete thorough background checks, because keeping our Oak Folk community safe is at the heart of everything we do. 🌼 You can rest easy knowing your little ones are learning and growing in a secure, nurturing space.✨
4.What should my child wear or bring?
🌿 We like to keep things simple and comfy so kids can focus on creativity! Here’s a quick guide:
✨Yoga: Comfy, workout-style clothes they can stretch and move in. Shoes come off at the door, so no special footwear needed.
✨Art: Something comfortable that can get a little messy. We provide aprons to help protect clothing.
✨Drama: No special outfit required—just wear something easy to move in.
✨All Classes: Please send your child with a water bottle so they can stay refreshed.
5.What safety measure do you take?
🌿 At Oak Folk, safety and creativity go hand in hand. We use only nontoxic paints and materials, provide special hot glue centers with extra care, and keep all items clearly labeled so children know what’s safe to use. Before each activity, we take time to set clear rules and guidelines, helping kids understand precautions while also learning valuable responsibility. ✨ Our goal is to create a secure, nurturing environment where children can explore freely and parents can feel at ease.

7.What is the cancellation/refund policy?
🌿 Because our group classes have limited spots, we’re not able to offer refunds for missed classes. For workshops and special events, cancellations must be made at least two weeks in advance so another family can enjoy the spot. ✨ That said, we know life happens—please feel free to reach out directly with any questions or concerns, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate.
